1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 90vip online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 90vip Corporation, a company duly registered and licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to provide online gaming services within the Republic of the Philippines.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any of our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms apply to all users of the 90vip Platform, including but not limited to registered players, visitors, and any person accessing our services through any device or medium. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with 90vip and use our gaming services. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 90vip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.

2.2 Jurisdiction

Our services are intended exclusively for individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. You warrant that you are accessing the Platform from within Philippine territory and not from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. 90vip employs geo-location technology to verify user locations, and circumventing such measures is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an account with 90vip, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• Valid Philippine residential address
• Active Philippine mobile phone number
• Valid email address
• Unique username and secure password

You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update your account if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with 90vip. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. This restriction applies regardless of the reason for creating duplicate accounts, including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing betting limits, or evading account restrictions. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all related accounts, cancellation of bonuses, and forfeiture of winnings.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

90vip is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request, which may include a Philippine passport, driver's license, or other acceptable identification. We may also require proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90vip account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

You agree to immediately notify 90vip customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication and using strong, unique passwords to enhance account security.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the 90vip Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Employing automated systems, bots, or software to access or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff members
• Using the Platform while intoxicated or impaired

Violation of any prohibited use policy may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds, including deposits and winnings.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

90vip accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and select cryptocurrencies. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in fund confiscation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though certain payment methods may require up to 24 hours for processing. 90vip does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made through the Platform's designated withdrawal interface. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. You must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier, ranging from ₱50,000 per transaction for standard accounts to ₱500,000 per transaction for Platinum VIP members. Processing times range from 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on VIP status and payment method.

90vip reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual patterns. All withdrawals are subject to review to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and these Terms.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal, even in the absence of bonus participation. This requirement helps prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 90vip are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. These terms include but are not limited to eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, risk-free betting across multiple accounts or platforms, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential permanent ban.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 30x to 40x the bonus amount) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to maximum withdrawal limits as stated in the specific bonus terms. Any amounts exceeding these limits will be forfeited upon withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

90vip reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or cancel bonuses if we reasonably believe there has been bonus abuse or if the player is not acting in good faith. Only one bonus per player, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn as cash without meeting wagering requirements.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 90vip Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and approved by independent testing agencies including eCOGRA and iTech Labs. Game rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game. 90vip does not manipulate game outcomes based on player status, betting patterns, or any other factors. All games operate according to their published specifications and mathematical models.

6.2 Betting Rules

All bets placed through the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in cases of obvious technical errors. In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects game outcome, 90vip reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.

Maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary based on game type, VIP tier, and whether bonus funds are active. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

6.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any game in progress will generally continue according to its rules. For slot games, the result is determined at the moment of the spin, regardless of whether you see the outcome. For live dealer games, the hand or round will be completed, and results will be visible in your game history. 90vip is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection issues on the player's end.

7. Responsible Gaming

90vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players. We provide comprehensive tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum loss thresholds for specific time periods

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account for 6 months to 5 years

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 90vip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game content, is the property of 90vip or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

The 90vip name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of 90vip Corporation. Unauthorized use of any 90vip trademarks may violate trademark, copyright, and other laws and is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 90vip and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited with 90vip in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

90vip is not responsible for any losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, telecommunications disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint regarding our services, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to our management team by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected]. We will investigate and respond to formal complaints within fifteen (15) business days.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 90vip is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution of your complaint, you may appeal to PAGCOR as our regulatory authority. PAGCOR's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11. Termination & Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 90vip account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and identity verification.

11.2 Suspension by 90vip

90vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Platform or other users. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts or facilitating bonus abuse
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent gameplay
• Abusing customer support staff or other players
• Failing to complete identity verification when requested
• Any other violation of these Terms or applicable laws

If your account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at our discretion, and you will be permanently banned from creating future accounts.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱200 PHP, deducted from the account balance. We will notify you via email before implementing such fees. If your balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, your account may be closed.

12. Amendments to Terms

90vip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via email, Platform notification, or prominent posting on our website at least thirty (30) days before taking effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR regulation.

Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any updates.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place a bet or engage in any Platform activity shall govern that specific transaction, even if the Terms are subsequently modified.
